04 Mar Two Newspapers in Two Days
Our sessions at The Mix Youth Club in Stowmarket went down so well in Half Term that we appeared on the front page (and second page) of The Stowmarket Mercury newspaper, and also The East Anglian Daily Times a few days later!! Great stuff. We provided skateboard and scooter coaching to children from 11 to 19 years old.
Selina Taylor, administrator for the youth centre, said all three days went well, with a number of youngsters coming back for multiple days. She added: “More than 180 people came in. We had really positive feedback from those who came, the children really enjoyed themselves.”
