09 Mar Winter Sports Day at Academy of Trinity
Towards the end of last year, Team Rubicon worked with Trinity CE Primary School in Somerset during their Winter Sports Day. The children have since written their report on the day and the skateboarding got a lot of mentions. Here is their report that you can also find on their school site with lots of great pictures:
Winter Sports Day is a great event where we compete in our house teams for the annual cup. Beth, Olivia & Kiera
We really enjoyed the Rubicon Skateboard workshop, we even learnt how to do an ‘Ollie’ Harry & Lucas
Our class assembly was really fun. We made up a times tables rap and performed a dance to go with it! Tylor, Eva, Olivia & Jordan

The Rubicon Skate workshop was so much fun. We got to skate around our playground and learn lots of trick. Flick, Holly, Billi-Jade & Emily

We are so lucky at Trinity. We turned our playground into a skate park for the day and all had a go at learning some tricks. Kyle, Dani, Kiera & Holly
Every year Trinity holds a Winter Sports Day where we take part in lots of different team games. Its great really fun and everyone gets involved. Kyle & Harry
